    Nice post!

    By doing various tricep exercieses, shoulder exercises (like the overhead press) and other exercises that work the stabilizer muscles and other secondary muslces you can signifcantly up your gains. Simply going day and day out of simply just benching without any variation can lead to stagnant growth. Working other parts of your body is very much necessary.

    One resource that helped me a ton was actually a program called critical bench. It is chalk full of tips and tricks that you wouldn’t really think of that actually make a huge difference in your bench when implemented correctly.
